Stock Adjustments

This facility allows you to adjust the Stock in hand total without processing any Goods Received or

Despatched.

To enter a Stock Adjustment:

On the

Stock Module

toolbar click on

Stock File

and then click on the

Adjustment

button at

the bottom of the screen.

The

Date

for the adjustment will automatically default to today’s date unless you specify

otherwise.

The

Stock Code

displayed is the current selected Stock Item, to change enter the required

Stock Code or select from the drop down list.

Enter the

Location

to which the adjustment is being made from the drop down list.

Enter the

Quantity

to adjust, positive and negative values are allowed

Enter a

Comment

to explain the adjustment
